The next stop on our checklist on Jeju Island was to see the Gimnyeong Maze. It had good ratings on tripadvisor and looked like a fun quick activity for us to stretch our legs and get our wiggles out. The thing I didn’t realize was just how beautiful it would be. It seriously was so awesome. And we all loved getting completely lost in the maze and then getting up on a look out point where we were finally able to figure out the map they’d given us. From there it got much easier to find our way out. đ
At first we were going to have a competition to see which team could get through first, but in the end both teams got lost and we worked together to find our way out.
Team 1: Adam, Harry, & Ady
Team two: Branson, Mommy and Dawson (who didn’t want to be in the picture!) and Ady who did!
Adam and I loved these signs all over within the maze and of course had to break the rules! đ
You completed the maze when you found your way to this bell! Then you could ring it to let everyone know you had made it through.
We watched some people playing Korea’s version of horse shoes for a bit, and then went to explore the garden part of the maze.
And we found some cats to pet along the way.
Definitely was a fun activity for the kids!
