The next big adventure for our day was hiking to a waterfall in Khao Phanom Bencha National Park. It was just a hop skip and jump up from where we had been elephant trekking and was in a beautiful jungle area. Unfortunately most of the pictures on our hike came out blurry, but I’m still posting them so that we can remember all the fun we had on this hike. đ
We loved the trunks of these amazing and huge trees!
The root system of the trees were pretty cool too!
These leaves fascinated me. They were tried but completely attached to the tree almost like they were petrified there. Really quite interesting. They didn’t really break off easily either.
We have been trying to teach the kids not to pick the flowers at parks like these so that everyone can enjoy them, so Dawson started picking me cool leaves instead. Love this little fella!
Baby bananas! So cute!
I’m guessing that sign in Thai says Huai Waterfall? Such a different looking language!
We were all hot and sweaty from our hike so taking a dip in the waterfall pool felt oh so refreshing!
Snuggling my freezy wet baby!
We so do love seeing all these beautiful places! What a gorgeous country Thailand is!
