Adam and I had to laugh one night when it came time to paint Branson’s pinewood derby car for cub scouts because it was I who ended up helping Branson paint his car – and it was ADAM who ended up painting Adalynn’s nails when she saw all my awesome fingernail polish out and demanded to have “pretty fingers.” ha ha.
Branson was trying to figure out what colors to paint his car and so I went and took out all my polish so that he could have some better options of colors to make some designs on his car. He ended up LOVING my glitter polish more than the regular paint colors and painted his car all over with that making it very sparkly! It wasn’t the best looking car I’d ever seen – but he LOVED it, and he did it mostly all by himself, which was what mattered.
