In mid December Adam had two back to back business trips to Philadelphia and Las Vegas and so the kids and I were flying solo for a week. In an effort to have a little fun one day we made up a pan of sugar cookies and then made fruit pizza. I do have to admit that I absolutely ADORE these cookies and especially the cream cheese frosting you put on them. We then took them up to Mum and Smurfs one night to share for FHE where we each got to decorate our own. Fun times!
