One of the things I was looking forward to the most coming home from Alaska (besides my sweet little niblets whom I missed TERRIBLY) was the SUN! As much as I loved Alaska, it certainly was a very different sort of vacation for me and I was ready for some warm and Sunny SUMMER weather. Adam and I had to laugh when for the first week after we got back all we had was STORM after STORM.
The good news though is that I love me a good storm – and so although I was ready to bask myself in some rays when we got back, I did enjoy the beautiful cloud formations, lightning, thunder, rain, and wind that we had. Nature is pretty amazing!
