I can’t remember if I’ve mentioned this here on the blog yet or not – but one of our summer projects this year was to build a front porch! We have a very talented neighbor who is a contractor and whose been out of work for two years so we were able to recruit his help and he built us an amazing new front porch! We love it and its been so fun to go out there on warm summer nights and enjoy a sunset, or watch the kids play. We love the look it adds to our house as well. Now to get the railings….
