Adam and I had to laugh one evening when at about 11:30 we heard screaming upstairs and came to find out that our darling middle child had been playing with silly puddy and had gotten it severely stuck in his hair. It reminded me of the time when I was little that I snuck into my Mom’s bathroom and took her “round brush” and tried curling my hair by wrapping my hair around the brush many times and then blow drying it (like I’d seen my Mom do) only to get my hair so stuck in the brush that it required my Mom calling over our neighbor (who was a beautician) to cut the brush out of my long locks, which required me getting the rest of my hair chopped off as well. A style of hair that was NOT popular for a 4th or 5th grade little girl! I was devastated.
Harry was equally upset about the silly puddy in his hair but begged me to cut it after several attempts to slowly pull individual hairs out of the gunk. Unfortunately the silly puddy was close enough to his head that several inches had to come off. The result was NOT pretty!
