This last week we were able to have my wonderful in-laws Mum and Smurf over for a yummy dinner of “ugly” steak and shrimp, grilled zucchini, baked potatoes, cucumber tomato and avocado salad, strawberries, and watermelon. Afterwords we decided it would be fun to hike up to the Grotto up Payson Canyon. Its a perfect hike for kids and only takes about 45 minutes there and back (and that is going slow!) At the end there is a beautiful waterfall. It was so nice to be up the canyon and to enjoy some of God’s creations. I always feel such peace in the outdoors and love basking in the beauty of the world. We truly are so blessed to live in such a gorgeous area.
