A few weeks ago we were able to have one of my very favorite friends over for dinner, and she just happens to be my cousin-in-law as well! (Aren’t I lucky?). Terri was here visiting from ENGLAND and I blessed enough to be able to convince Terri and her darling sister Charla to join us for dinner and games one evening. I made Adam’s favorite Masaman Curry for dinner and then Terri and Charla brought some yummy Raspberry and Mango Italian Ice for dessert. Then we spent some time teaching Terri and Charla to play the game “Killer Bunnies.” (Don’t worry no bunnies are actually injured in the playing of the game!) It’s a crazy game with crazy rules that is just completely random and yet hilarious at the same time. They loved it! đ
We then were graced to be able to hear Charla play the guitar for us and sing some of the songs she has written. She was AMAZING!!! and is actually having a CD made and trying to make a career out of it. I felt so spoiled just to be able to hear her sing and I LOVED her songs! Terri also is very talented and sang a few songs for us as well. I think I had a perma-grin on my face all night I was just soaking it all up and enjoying every minute of it. It’s not often we get such talented musicians in our own home! đ Sure was a wonderful night spent with wonderful friends! Thanks for coming over ladies! We love you!
