This week Adam and I were also able to work on our rock flower beds that we put in about a month or two ago. They were completely over grown with weeds, and we are trying to get them ready for the sprinkler system that should be installed next week. After the sprinklers are in we will cover these beds with black landscaping paper, and then mulch.

And here is what the beds look like now. I tilled them up with compost yesterday, evened out all the dirt, and then covered them again with compost! We are hoping to do this to the rest of our yard as well this weekend!
One step at a time, our yard is coming together!
