My Mom tells funny stories about how when I was little that she would find all sorts of fun things in my diapers. From refrigerator magnets to marbles, to other small toys.
Well it looks like it is genetic because this morning I found this in Dawsons diaper!
Ouch! That’s all I have to say!
P.S. Please note that Dawson did not actually consume the toy Hippo. Therefore, it in no way went through his intestinal track. It simply somehow ended up in his diaper today. My suspicions tell me that Dawson somehow tossed it in when I was changing him this morning, because that is the last time I remember him playing with it. He could have shoved it in his diaper later using his diaper like a pocket (which is what I did as a child) but my guess is that he dropped it while I was putting on his new diaper, and that I simply didn’t see it get in there. However, when I changed Dawson this afternoon he had welt like red marks on his little man parts where the Hippo had been which looked so painful and owie. Poor guy. So that is why I said ouch! Hope this reduces the amount of gasps from you all! I assure you Dawson is alive and well! đ

Okay, you had me psyched out for a minute. I'm sorry his little bum got sore, but I'm so glad the hippo didn't have the opportunity to explore his gastrointestinal parts.
