To my dearest darling sweet punkin pie pants,
I was looking on the internet the other day and read that the definition of Heaven is “any place of complete bliss and delight and peace.” I thought over our last seven years together and realized that I’ve had so many moments of complete bliss, delight, and peace being at your side, and as your forever wife. đ
From looking at sunsets in lots of beautiful places, to falling asleep in your arms, to holding hands as we take a family walk, to sitting quietly in the celestial room in the temple, and even from watching you tickle and wrestle our boys. It is in the little things that I have come to appreciate you the most. And I still consider myself the luckiest woman alive to be your forever companion. You bring me so much joy and happiness Adam and make me want to be a better woman when I’m around you (although sometimes I be-grudge this about you too!! tee hee. Do you really have to be so perfect all the time? ;-). I love hearing about your days, I love it when you share your hopes and dreams. I simply love being your wife!
Thank you for choosing me! Thank you for all the sacrifices you make for my happiness. Thank you for your love and fierce loyalty. Thank you for holding me when I have tender moments. Thank you for being sensitive to my needs. Thank you for being the best father a wife could ask for. Thank you for always wanting to be a better man. Thank you for being worthy of the priesthood so that you can bless our family in the callings you are given and the blessings you can give with the laying on of hands. Thank you for working so hard to take care of us, for finding ways we can build and strengthen our family, and for helping us always to have fun in whatever we do!
I love you Adam Clint Egbert, and our wedding day will always be counted as one of the best days and greatest blessing of my life, because that day Heavenly Father gave me you….my forever best friend! I love you so much sweetie. Thanks for being mine!
