Las Vegas – Flamingo Hotel’s Wildlife Habitat

Our next stop during our tour of the Las Vegas Strip was to the Flamingo Hotel where I had read they have a cool wildlife habitat that is fun for kids. It is actually a 15 acre habitat, but because we had so many other things to see, we ended up only seeing a small fraction of it. It was a great place to stop for lunch though and we enjoyed our PBJ’s and chips with fruit next to a beautiful man made waterfall.
The kids loved this giant Flamingo bird just outside the hotel.

They loved the real flamingo’s too.

Turtles, Ducks, and Pelicans

This waterfall area had some of the biggest goldfish the kids had ever seen!

We ended up stopping here to eat our picnic lunch.
