Because our planned trip to Tony Grove didn’t end up working out due to the snow, Adam found us another hike to go on right after the pass that takes you down to Bear Lake called Limer Pine. The hike was short and perfect for kids and made a loop through some fun trees. The best part (at least for Adam and Eric) was that some of the trail was covered in snow. Which meant impromptu snow ball fights and putting ice down the kids backs! The wives on the other hand, weren’t quite so amused when they got hit with snow balls. ha ha!
Branson may or may not be a little obsessed with Jimmy Fallon right now. đ
The big highlight of the trail was this old Juniper tree that Adam said was 3000 years old (if I’m remembering right). The kids loved climbing on it and getting their pictures taken.
Adam wanted to see how many of us it would take to circle the tree. The answer was 5 (if you don’t count Jamis in the backpack).
I spy a little boy wearing a hat!
Family pic!
We also found this cool tree that was bent like this because of heavy snow fall.
It was a fun little outing for our family!
