A few weeks ago we had the wonderful opportunity of visiting the Tulip festival at Thanksgiving point with some of our dear friends!
I couldn’t help but feel so full of gratitude. Not only for 20+ years of friendship with these awesome folks, but for the absolute beauty of Gods creations.
I was just in awe with the variety of tulips. The uniqueness of each one. How each flower added to the loveliness of the gardens. How well different colors complimented each other and enhanced the dimension and beauty of each area.
It made me think of how we are all a little like that. Beautiful all on our own, but magnificent when we combine our own gifts and talents and work together for good.
Sometimes others can appear to be so different from us, but in reality we are all tulips, just different shapes, sizes, heights, colors, and minds. Yet those differences actually compliment the garden spots we are in, and add variety.
The garden would not have been as beautiful with just one variety of tulips, just like the earth would not be as beautiful with just one type of person. We are all needed, valued, beautiful, and special and our uniqueness adds beauty to the earth.
By embracing the differences in each other, we actually add more opportunities for dimension to our own lives which enhances our own beauty as we learn to love those differences and see the beauty in each other.
We start to see that each flower, like each of us, contribute to the beauty of our Heavenly Fathers garden. All of us just like all the flowers at the tulip festival are needed. Our differences are what make the garden in our lives so vibrant, magnificent, and exceptional! ❤️ So be you my friend, and allow others to be them, for we all are beautiful in our own way, and enhance the beauty of the world and the beauty in each other. 😘
