After spending 2 nights in Mysore, we headed out for our next adventure on our trip – that of going to Wayanad – which is in the state of Kerela. Just driving there was so awesome as we were able to go through a National park (where we saw elephants), and the scenery as we drove was just breathtaking. Here are just a few pics from our drive down.
This Mamma and baby were literally right NEXT to the road. Maybe 15 feet from our car. It was pretty surreal to see Elephants in the wild and we just sat and watched them for quite some time.
At the border we had to stop and Naveen our driver had to show a bunch of paperwork and pay some money to be able to enter into another state. It took about 20 minutes to be able to finally get through the road stop. Wow!
India is just so full of beauty at every turn! How we love being here!
