The next part of our tour through Hallim Park took us through Ssangyong cave. Pretty cool to have a cave built right into your park, don’t ya think? Especially when the park originally was started by a farmer who wanted to plant palm trees! He loved gardening and planted a bunch more things every year until eventually his land became a beautiful park that people paid to get into. Not sure if he knew about the cave when he started, but it certainly was a great part of the tour!
We walked through one part of the cave, and then came out to the sunlight and were greeted by the cute little rock people in the below pictures…
Then we immediately went back into the 2nd part of the cave.
And caves are always nice places to go to cool off from the hot temperatures! Gotta love that!
