Throwback Thursday: (Still trying to play catch up from our Tahiti trip!) 🤪
Day 12 in Moorea French Polynesia was a Sunday so we just took things easy in our overwater bungalow and spent the whole day relaxing, listening to church online, taking naps, and having a down day. It felt wonderful.
We watched the sunrise in the morning, and took a walk along the boardwalk looking at fish, had some breakfast on our balcony while listening to church. We later went on a leisurely paddle board glide around our resort where we fed fish, saw stingrays, and even sharks! 😲
Later we took a walk down the beach to a park where lots of native Mooreans were hanging out. When we got back to our bungalow, Adam made us some guacamole for lunch (see the funny video below on how we finally scored an avocado), and then we took some nice long Sunday naps.
Afterwards, we facetimed with our kids, and then ended the evening with a beautiful sunset from our balcony. Another perfect day in paradise! ❤️
