The next stop on our agenda while at Zions was to go and see the Grotto. So we got off where the map told us the grotto was and we thought we had followed signs pointing to the grotto, but our little hike basically only took us back down to where the Zions Lodge was – and no Grotto was ever seen. Oh well. It was still fun and the kids and Dad’s had a great time soaking their heads in the water pump and then taking a break and having some snacks at the Lodge.
I loved being down in the valley and seeing these amazing GREEN trees especially with the red rock behind them. Quite a difference from the cold gray snow we had been experiencing up North.
These next batch of pictures were taken at the Zions Lodge where we stopped to do some resting and snacking on this beautiful lawn.
Then it was back on the shuttle bus for one last adventure at Zions!
