On July 10th Adam and I set up a date night and decided to hit up the local Scottish Festival to enjoy some of the festivities. We had fun eating corn beef and cabbage and pork sandwiches, and then we walked around and enjoyed the Scottish music and dancing. We ended the night by watching the log toss and then got snow cones on our way home! Sure was a fun night out with my man!
Then the next day we decided to head out to day two of the Scottish Festival where we met up with our awesome friends Bryan and Shauntai Johnson. We had fun looking at knives and then enjoyed some time at the park with the kids. Afterwards everyone came over to our house where we made smores and showed off our new basement.
We sure are blessed to have these good folks in our lives and SO glad that they have moved back to Utah after many many years away back east and in Missouri.
