The next lake we hiked to was Lake Shirley! This is Adam’s favorite of the three lakes and I can see why. It had the greenest water and the most rugged beautiful mountains surrounding it. We ended up stopping here for lunch for about an hour and enjoyed macaroni and cheese, pasta roni, and cup of noodles, along with some Korean beef jerky. Yum!
I loved getting to sit in the sun and rest for a bit! It was almost as good as a nap! 😉
