As you may recall from an earlier post, Adam surprised me with an amazing Anniversary “Tahiti Get-away” earlier in the month. However, I didn’t want our REAL anniversary (on Friday the 13th) to go without notice and so I did my own little surprise of my own. Dawson and Adalynn and I all went up to Adobe in Lehi where we surprised Adam with some balloons, a new remote control Helicopter, and lunch in Adobe’s cafeteria. Adam loved his surprise and especially liked the Helicopter I gave him which I instructed was meant to stay “at work” where he could play with it in the office when he needed a break, and where it wouldn’t get destroyed by three curious little boys! ha.
That evening I had also set up my sister to watch the kids and I was able to take Adam out for a surprise date to Sam Hawks for Korean food. Afterwards I had arranged for us to go and do a ropes course or surfing at the Beach Resort in Provo, but Adam asked if I minded if we just went to a movie instead since he was super tired. It was my night to spoil him and make him feel special – so I was happy to oblige. We ended up going to see “The Lone Ranger” instead at his request and may or may not have gone “parking” before hand to pass the time! ha ha. I love us!
