I honestly cannot believe how behind I have allowed myself to get on my blog. I just looked through my pictures and have stuff to blog about from December. Yes…that bad. You’d think I was back in school again writing 20 page papers.

But no, life just has seemed to be in full throttle and time has simply slipped by. It didn’t help either that I spent a good part of January making my 358 blog book, and then just finished up another book with memories and pictures for my Papa’s 80th birthday. In addition to that I’ve been focusing on digitizing all my old journals and pictures from the past. That in and alone has been a TON OF WORK. But its been fun and at times down right hilarious and disturbing to reminisce and remember stories from my past. I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to delete about half of my journal entries if I even want my family to read them. Or at least make sure my kids don’t read them until they are out of the house, married, and have grand kids of their own! Yes, they are THAT embarrassing and I certainly hope my kids don’t make the same dumb mistakes I did. They will need to be better than me if they are to face the challenges looming in the world today and come out okay.

Anyway, be prepared for a plethora of new posts, pictures, and stories that will hopefully catch us up here on the old blog. And may the luck o’ de Irish be wit ya!
