I’ve had “updating my blog” on my to do list for weeks now, but I just haven’t seemed to be in much of a blogging mood lately. Not sure why. However, we’ve recently had some fun happenings going on here at the Egbert house that I wanted to make sure I recorded (since I do have my blog posts printed as our family history each year). So hear goes.
Earlier in August Mum and Smurf had all the kids up for their annual “cousins camp” where all the Grandkids are invited over for a big sleep over and then fun activity the next day. This year Mum and Smurf decided to take the kids to Trafalga in Orem. Adam and I joined up with them to help coral our children and enjoyed spending a day with the Egberts. Here are some pics from the day.

Adam and I split up taking the kids on the race cars. I took Harrison thinking that he would want to go faster than Branson, but it didn’t really matter because we ended up having the whole track to ourselves. However, we ended up having to wait almost 30 minutes out on the track for our turn because Trafalga was short handed.

All the older Egbert boys taking a spin on the race track. If I remember right, Parris left everyone else in the dust.

After hitting some baseballs and racing cars we all headed inside to do some arcade games. Branson loved the shooting ones. Harry didn’t quite get it.
