Date Night with Brans

For my date with Branson we decided it would be fun to go bowling instead of go to a movie.  Branson was SUPER excited about this and really seems to be a natural when it comes to bowling.  He used the kid bowling tool (where you roll the ball down a metal frame) once but then decided to do it on his own from there on out.  Mind you we still had the bumpers up, but he did AMAZING at hitting those bumpers just right so that his ball knocked a bunch down.  Needless to say this little man CREAMED his mother (who is a decent bowler) and he won me in both games we played.

Check out that score!  See what I mean?  2 spares and a strike in just six rounds for Brans!

After bowling we met up with Mumsie and the Wiggy Wash in Spanish Fork where I was able to get my car cleaned out while Mumsie took us to Family Dollar to get Branson and Adalynns sibling gifts.  Branson had Harry this year and got him a glow stick and Alien action figure, and then Adalynn got Dawson a glow stick and bubbles.

Afterwards we went over to Bajios for dinner where Brans got a quessadilla platter and Mumsie and I both got salads.  YUM!

Mumsie then took Brans and I back to the Wiggy Wash to pick up my car and then she drove up to Woodland Hills to pick up Smurf while I took Brans home to get ready for bed.  Then I met back up with Mum and Smurf at the Payson theater where we saw “Red Dawn” which was pretty good.  It was so nice to get out with my Bensie and get a little adult alone time as well.  Adam is making it much easier for me to survive when he’s out of town by getting me babysitters and I’m sure grateful for that.  I am so blessed!
