For the second part of our trip to Washington Adam and I thought it would be fun to try out one of our condo’s up in that area for a few days. Unfortunately EVERYTHING in Washington was already booked but we were able to get on a waiting list for a few condo’s and luckily for us one of them opened up -The one in Leavenworth Washington. We’d actually been hoping for something on the beach to have an opening but after arriving in Leavenworth we were overjoyed that we’d gotten in. It was an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful place!
As is tradition the first thing the kids did after arriving at the condo was to help “soften the beds.” They love being able to jump from bed to bed.

After unpacking and dinner (potato soup and bread), we decided to go and explore the condo grounds and spend some time at the pools. Here we are outside the condo entrance.

While at the condo our tradition every night became going and soaking in the hot tub and playing at the pool. The kids loved it and it was nice after a full day of go go go to sit and relax.
The boys LOVED playing with Adam in the pool and getting rides on his back from one end of the pool to the other. Such a great Dad!
This little girl again got a little more daring in the water and actually seemed to enjoy herself when fully emerged (to her neck that is). She normally screams bloody murder if you put her in the water past her knees. So this was a big step for her.
