One of the things Adam and I like to do for each other to show that we are thinking of the other is to leave little sticky notes all over the house with cute messages of love. As you probably read earlier Adam surprised me with little love notes hidden all over the house on Valentines day and I surprised him in January one night “just because.” The kids really light up when we do this and they seem to love finding all the little notes we write to each other all over.
I had to laugh when one day Harry got a hold of my markers and also decided to show his love in a similar way. All day long in the most random of places I found little sticky notes posted all over with “I love you Mom.” It simply MELTED my heart. My favorite note of the day though was one that said, “I love you Mom – you are smiling like aroz (a rose).” Isn’t that the sweetest thing ever? I sure am blessed to be the Mother of these wonderful children. I have the best job in the world. 🙂
