A few weeks ago we finally had a break in the rainy weather so the kids and I took advantage of our rare sunshiny day and headed over to Salem Pond for an impromptu picnic in the park. I whipped us up some chicken salad sandwiches and grabbed some fruit and drinks and off we went with bags of old bread in hand to feed to the ducks.
Branson unfortunately ended up spending some of our lovely day sitting in a time out due to some poor choices he was making- but later decided to straighten out his behavior and was able to join us feeding the ducks. Besides the brief time out a good time was had by all.
