Last week I was so pleased to receive an email from one of my dear friends Audrey who is from Arizona and who I was able to teach in Young Womens when Adam and I were first married 100 years ago. Audrey is now married and graduated and pretty much in the same phase of life I was when we were living in AZ and funny enough she is now in the Young Womens presidency in her ward. So cool. She was up visiting family here in Utah and so we were able to get together for a morning/afternoon of fun.
Since it was such a nice day we decided to hit up the Spanish Fork Splash Pad. I had been hearing wonderful things about it and so we finally ventured over there to check it out! Boy were we glad we did. SUCH a fun place for the kids to play, get wet, and enjoy an afternoon in the sun! Here are some pictures from our day.
I must say too that the splash pad was SOOOO fun. (I think I liked it more than the boys though – as they seemed to prefer the park). It was so nice just to be able to sit and relax and enjoy watching them play and then go and get my feet wet whenever I got too hot. Nice!
