Back on February 22nd the Jurgens put together a fun date night where we met up in Draper to try out a new Thai place that just opened up called Thai Siam. The Kerics have been going to this restaurant for ages up in Salt Lake so they were all smiles when that was the location that was decided upon.
Unfortunately Adalynn had one of her weird middle of the night throwing up spells (which the doctor later told me he thinks is just acid reflux) but just in case it was some weird flu like bug we decided it was better not to leave her with a babysitter. But we decided that instead of both of us missing the fun night with our friends that just one of us would and Adam was kind enough to let me get away for a little R&R for the evening.
We ordered family style at the restaurant getting our favorite Musaman curry dish, and Pad Thai dish and then the Kerics introduced us to a new dish (I forget the name) that I think might just be my new favorite. I loved it. Sure was an awesome night spent with friends even if Joey’s preference was to “sit in his underwear watching movies all night at home.” ha ha. Love ya Joey!
We sure do feel so blessed to have such great friends in our life. Thanks Jurgens for putting together such a fabulous night and thanks Kerics for sharing mission stalker stories that had us gut laughing till’ our sides hurt. đ Kimber you seriously need to you tube that story! And to the Ashby’s and Adam….we sure missed you! Love ya’ll!
