When Adalynn gets upset about something she gives us what we like to call, “the lip” where she sticks her bottom lip as far as it will go. We have been trying to catch it on camera – but Adalynn isn’t one to perform on command so its been hard to get. We were able to capture “the frown” though (seen below) which is pretty dang close to “the lip” so at least we have that. We have to laugh when she does this though because it really is just completely adorable. In the case of the frown below – Adam had put Adalynn down when all she really wanted was to be held. She melted Daddy’s heart.
These next pictures are of Adalynn at dinner earlier this week. I made a 7 layer bean dip which Adalynn devoured. We started out spoon feeding it to her – but she preferred a more hands on approach. Cutest thing ever!
