While Adam was away on his long business trip – Adalynn decided it was high time she started helping out more around the house and decided that one way she could do that was to start changing her own diapers! Ha ha! đ
I had to laugh one morning when I walked into her room and discovered that Adalynn had not only taken off her own poopy diaper, but that she’d also tried “wiping herself” down with about 100 different wet wipes (the below picture was taken after I cleaned up most of them). Luckily she actually didn’t make too big of a mess THIS time, but later that week, she attempted the same thing again and that time didn’t have as good success as she sat down with her poopy bum on the carpet and rug to wipe and ended up getting it all over. The good news though is that she quickly outgrew her desire to grow up to fast and now just brings me the diaperes and wipes when she’s ready to be changed. đ Time to potty train? I think yes. đ
She even went and got herself some new pairs of pants to wear too! Smart girl.
