Each Christmas season in the Egbert family my incredible Mother and Father in-law, Mum and Smurf, host a big traditional prime rib dinner. Most years its an adult only dinner, but this year Mum and Smurf decided to invite the kids giving them the choice of turkey steaks or chicken nuggets for dinner. (The adults still had prime rib). Its always so fun to get together with all of Adam’s siblings and to spend the night catching up on each others lives. I always look forward to the dinner too because Mum and Smurf really do make the best prime rib, and most years this is the only time I get prime rib! It is quickly becoming one of my favorite meals.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pictures of the dinner but I wanted to make sure that I recorded the evening anyway because it really was wonderful! Thanks Mum and Smurf for a wonderful party! We love you!
