This last Saturday our ward held their annual Christmas party. The Primary kids performed that night so they were instructed to wear “Shepherd costumes” to the party. We – not being in the shepherding industry ourselves – unfortunately do not possess said clothing, so we had to get a little creative. Pillow cases, bandana’s, and broom sticks seemed to do the trick! Below are some pictures from the evening.
Games, stickers, coloring, and other activities kept the kids entertained…
Dinner consisted of ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, rolls, and lots and lots of different salads.
The Christmas program was done by a variety of people in our ward singing different songs and then ended with a special visitor….SANTA!!!
Some of my Young Women just HAD to have a picture with Santa!
And so did we. Adam bless his heart was outside shoveling snow off the walks in front of the church.
Sure was a wonderful ward party! Thank you to the Becksteads, Millets, Wilkeys, and other families for all of your hard work and preparation. It really turned out great!
