The last Sunday we were in in India we had the pleasure of having our dear friends Rajesh, Srija, and their darling son Ahkil over to our home for one last goodbye before we flew home from India. Rajesh was one of our very first friends when Adam was assigned to start working in India and was such a help getting us all set up when we started planning our move, and even went apartment shopping when I went over in February! We just love their little family and feel so fortunate to have them in our lives. Unfortunately we didn’t get to spend much time with them during our 3 months in India due to schedule conflicts, but we at least made sure to have one last hurrah before heading home! We sure do feel blessed to have these good people in our lives! Love you guys so much!
The next day Adam left for a quick business trip up North and so the kids and I were on our own for lunch that day. We decided to hit our favorite American restaurant in India – Chili’s – where we ordered the Monterrey chicken, Fettucini Alfredo, bottomless chips and salsa, and cheesecake! Ummm good! Its about an hours drive one way from our apartment due to traffic, but oh so worth it! One of our favorite places to eat at! đ
