Las Vegas – Date Night at the Venician

The rest of Monday was mostly spent at the condo. Adam had to go into work around 1:00 and had a few errands to run beforehand and was kind enough to also pick me up a few things at the grocery store. This meant that Mum and I could take the kids to the free movie theater at the condo where they were showing the new Disney movie Moana. Mumsie and Harry had already seen it but the rest of us were seeing it for the first time and really liked it. We were able to pop some popcorn in our room before heading down, and then took down some water bottles and blankets to make the movie that much more enjoyable. It was a fun afternoon activity.
When we got back it was way past nap time and so Mumsie, Ady, and Jamis and I all went down for naps while the older boys all played on their tablets for awhile. Then that evening Adam invited me to come and meet some of his extended team at a dinner they were having. Mumsie was again awesome and not only agreed to watch the kids but was super excited about it! We sure love her.
I ended up driving over to the Venician where Adobe was having their Summit conference and then met up with Adam in St. Marks Square which was really pretty. We considered taking a ride gondola ride, but they were $30 per person, and our time was short. So we opted to just walk around the shopping center for awhile. We ended up finding two different art stores that were really quite intriguing and spent most of our time there.
Adam then had a little meet and greet where they were giving out alcohol and horderves to Summit conference goers but only he was allowed in because of that, so I found a little Opera musical show that was being put on and sat and watched that.
Adam met up with his team while at the meet and greet and then we all headed out to go to a Mexican restaurant one of Adam’s co-workers had a reservation at. It sure was a wonderful night spend with my honey. I always love every chance I get to spend one on one time with my Ad.

Adam and I had to laugh at these mannequins with pointy heads and hands. They reminded us of the coneheads movie. What will they come up with next?

I at first thought this was a statue in the middle of the mall until I realized it was a man dressed up like a statue! Crazy!

The opera musical show I watched.

Some pictures I took while we drove over to the Mexican place.

Such a fun evening!
